Captivating wine from one of our favorite producers in the Jura, Julien Mareschal of Domaine de la Borde. This enchanting Ploussard has aromas of dried red berries and dried wildflowers. Medium to light-bodied, with bright, fruit-forward flavors of cherry, cranberry, and strawberry, all set against a backdrop of forest floor. 80% whole bunch and 20% destemmed, grown in rich red marl soils in Arbois.

Pairing: salmon with orange and soy.
