Kelley Fox 'Nerthus' Skin Maceration, Willamette Valley, Oregon 2022
Kelley Fox 'Nerthus' Skin Maceration, Willamette Valley, Oregon 2022
This visually stunning wine is not quite a rosé, nor an orange wine, or maybe it's both, or maybe it's not meant to be classified, but simply enjoyed. Kelley Fox is a Willamette local who has been involved in making local wine for over 20 years. Using her access to some of the best vineyards in the region, she gathers top-quality fruit and lets the grapes decide what they want to become each year. This particular offering is bone-dry on the palate but brimming with aromas of tropical fruits and flowers. From the artistic label depicting the Earth goddess, Nerthus, to the wine's scintillating copper hue and mouthwatering flavors, this bottle is an experience that delights the senses.
