La Comarcal is a small project by two friends, Javi Revert and Victor Marqués, located in mountainous Valencia. Carmen comes from vineyards near the village of Venta del Moro between 15 and 50 years old. 

Pairing: Poultry, meatier fish, bitter vegetables simply prepared 

Grapes: 60% Garnacha, 40% Syrah  

Soil: Calcareous Clay  

Vitculture: Organic
