Ramato, the OG orange wine, is a style of rosé that originated from Friuli, Italy. Pinot Grigio Ramato is classified as an orange wine, but since Pinot Grigio has pink skins, it imparts a pink hue to the wine instead of orange. This is a California version of Ramato which drinks more like a rosé. 

Made from organically grown Pinot Grigio given 48 hours of skin contact, it is structured and aromatic with a bright and zesty fruit flavor and a lip-smacking acidity that makes it all the more enjoyable. This refreshing wine pairs well with salads, light snacks, or simply enjoyed on its own.
