Summer has officially begun with the release of Ameztoi rosé! Based in the seaside town Getaria, Ameztoi is now in its fifth generation, producing wines classic to Txakoli.  Bright & zippy, energetic and refreshing.  These wines have a tiny fizz but have plenty of flavor or strawberry, a hint of herbs, and lovely salinity. It doesn't get much more summertime than this. 

Pairing: prosciutto & cheese, the beach, fish tacos, light snacks
