Stéphane Riffault, the son of renowned winemaker Claude Riffault, has made a name for himself as one of the most in-demand producers in Sancerre. With experience at esteemed wineries like Olivier Leflaive in Burgundy and Château Angélus in Bordeaux, as well as working alongside his father, known for his mineral-rich wines, it's no surprise that Stéphane's Sauvignon Blanc has a touch of Burgundian influence.
