We're trilled to have Philine Isabelle's Nebbiolo at One Kourt. She makes only a tiny amount of wine and an even tinier amount makes it into the US. 

Philine, a German native, has worked alongside some of the top producers in Barolo and is readily making a name for herself in this region of giants. Her wines are classic, elegant and traditional, made for the lover of Nebbiolo. Give it a little air before enjoying it over a heartier meal. 

Pairing: Osso Buco, strong cheeses, fennel sausage with some spice, mushroom risotto
