An inspiring story here between two of Spain's great winemakers, Fernando García and Daniel Gómez Jiménez-Landi, of Comando G.  They happen to be right down the street from a cooperativa stated in 1956.  It had helped nearly 400 families sell their fruit in the height of its day, but due to industrialization, many farmers sold their land.  Old vine Garnacha and Albillo plantings were ripped from the ground.  The cooperativa reach out this these two men for help.  Turning to organic viticulture and a winemaking adjustment, the two men helped this cooperativa reclaim its future.  This is a pure fruited and bright Garnacha.  Put a slight chill on this and you will be a happy camper.
