Huré's trademark cuvée, l'Invitation is the classic blend Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Meunier. The vinification process is carefully carried out separately by villages, varieties, and parcels. Depending on the year, 25% to 40% reserve wine is blended and aged on lees for three years. The vineyard employs eco-friendly methods such as natural ground cover maintenance, organic composting, and precise pruning, thinning, and canopy management without using herbicides. l'Invitation boasts delicate notes of brioche and plum, effervescent bubbles, and a delightful finish. We always have one in the fridge.
