This exceptional estate run by the seventh generation of the family is one of the most admired in all of Normandy. The apple based brandy made here from about 30 varieties grown on 1,800 trees planted across 15 hectares age in a variety of cellars and types of oak barrels. The house style leans towards a rich, broad and caramelized flavor profile that is a sure fire crowd pleaser. Deep green apple, vanilla, honey and smoked almond are all present. This well-aged vintage Calvados has a round, textured mouthfeel and an extended finish. A great gift for the brandy aficionado in your life.
