Gia Togonidze produces an elegant style of Georgian wine with traditional skin-contact fermentation in Qvevri.  The palate has a smoother texture than many rustic Georgian wines, but is still a deep and spicy amber orange wine. Think of this as your introduction to Georgian wine, but not your introduction to orange wine.  Notes of bosc pear and lemon oil compliment the classic earthy notes of Georgian Qvevri winemaking.
