Bianca Giovese is the fictional little sister of Sandy Giovese, alternate personality of Amy Ezrin from "The Piedmont Guy", and the best box of white wine you've ever had. Bianca is an energetic, fun, 4-bottles-worth of organic Italian vino in classy sustainable packaging. She loves to party, and she will gladly live rent-free in your fridge all summer. 

The wine is produced by a family winery in La Marche from organically-farmed Italian grapes, and is low in sulfites with less than 30 ppm. The box is entirely recyclable, and the bag inside is made with plant-based plastic and a thin aluminum liner, preventing oxygen from entering as you pour, keeping the wine perfectly fresh in the fridge for months (though the wine is so good you'll finish it long before then). 

Notes of fresh lemon zest and a snappy white peach finish make this bone-dry white an ideal pairing for seafood, Italian cheeses, or pizza, but it's also totally crushable all by itself.
