Their Trebbiano, with its light maceration, is a prime example of this technique. After spending just one day on the skins, it boasts a lovely golden hue and velvety texture without any excessive tannins. Bursting with the flavors of tropical fruits, citrus, and peach, this wine is both refreshing and satisfying, with a pleasantly low ABV of only 10%.
