Bernard Baudry bought 2 hectares of vineyards in 1975 and now, with his son Matthieu, manages 32 hectares of vineyards and a winery. They specialize in cultivating Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc grapes and produce a delightful rosé from young vines on the property. The rosé is made by directly pressing the grapes and fermenting them in cement vats, resulting in a lovely blend of red fruit flavors with a refreshing acidity that complements the fruit. Although they produce small quantities, the quality of their rosé is exceptional.
